The two-week program is intended to be an opportunity to further the topics covered during the field trips to sites and companies, and many other activities. These include:

• Field trip to a famous brand of Italian fresh pasta, Bertagni 1882 (Arcugnano, Vicenza): http://www.bertagni1882.it/ 
• Visit to Valpolicella wine producers, Cantina Trabucchi (Illasi, Verona)
• Field trip to various Prosecco wineries located in Conegliano, and to CIRVE (Interdepartmental Centre for Research in Viticulture and Oenology of Padua University), Research Centre in Viticulture and Oenology fields
• Grappa Castagner

• Tour of Palazzo Bo and Galileo’s anatomical theatre (Padova)
• Visit of The museum of history of Medicine in Padova

A social event will be organized to allow students meet each other.
