Brief description: The CircaCibum project aims to showcase the cultural heritage linked to food and local produce as an expression of a community that is deeply rooted in its traditions, protects the landscape, and innovates and renews itself with creativity.
The main challenge that the project intends to address is therefore the promotion of typical and local products, providing content and narratives to be made available to producers and cultural and tourism operators, in order to improve the quality of the product offered and make the products themselves attractive in terms of sustainable tourism, encouraging experiential and discovery itineraries of the landscape and rural life, through the narration and digital promotion of the agri-food products themselves.
The aim is to promote the products, but above all to convey what lies behind a food product: the culture of a community, the care of a territory, traditions and innovations.
To achieve this objective, opportunities for the exchange of good practices will be created, informative meetings will be organised and appropriate digital and non-digital tools will be developed to stimulate sustainable and cultural tourism.
