9th International training school in quantitative wood anatomy

From 16 to 22 June, the 9th edition of the "International Training School in Quantitative Wood Anatomy: from Sample to Data Using ROXAS" took place in San Vito di Cadore (BL). The classrooms and laboratories of the Centre for Studies on Alpine Environment were the venue for a variety of activities, including the preparation of micro-sections and both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the wood anatomical characteristics. To note the highly international participation, with a total of 21 participants from 14 countries and four continents. Thanks to all those who contributed to the success of this initiative.
